4 Tomato
1 gousse Garlic
1/2 Onion
150 g Cottage cheese
1 c. à café Herbs of Provence
1 c. à café Dried parsley
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil

1. Cut the tomatoes into slices or quarters depending on size.
2. Whisk the cottage cheese with grated garlic, salt, Provence herbs.
3. Arrange the tomatoes on a plate, top with fromage blanc.
