1 Lemon
1 Cucumber
1/2 Onion
3 Tomato
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
200 g Tuna
1 c. à café Herbs of Provence
1 pincée Fine salt
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Drain the tuna.
2. Cut tomatoes into quarters, cucumber into slices, slice the onion.
3. Mix lemon juice, olive oil, Provence herbs, salt, pepper — simple vinaigrette.
4. Arrange vegetables and tuna in a salad bowl.
5. Drizzle with vinaigrette and enjoy immediately.
