1 pincée Cayenne pepper

1 Cucumber
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the beef for 5-7 minutes over high heat with oil, salt and pepper. Let it rest, slice thinly.
2. Grate the ginger, slice the onion, cut the carrot into julienne strips and the cucumber into half rings.
3. Prepare the sauce: lemon juice, grated ginger, cayenne pepper, a tbsp. tablespoon of oil.
