🛒 Ingredients
2 Tomato
120 g Green lentils
1/2 Lemon
1/4 Onion
120 g Sardines
1 c. à café Dried parsley
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the green lentils for 20 minutes and drain.
2. Drain the sardines and roughly shred them.
3. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
4. Mix lentils, sardines, tomatoes and chopped onion.
5. Season with olive oil, lemon and dried parsley.
