🛒 Ingredients
130 g Brown rice
1/2 Lemon
1 Carrot
1/2 Cucumber
1 c. à café Ginger
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
1 c. à soupe Sesame seeds
80 g Edamame
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the brown rice and let it cool.
2. Grate the carrot and slice the cucumber.
3. Prepare the vinaigrette: ginger, sesame seeds, lemon and olive oil.
4. Mix rice, vegetables and edamame in a salad bowl.
5. Drizzle with vinaigrette and serve at room temperature.
