🛒 Ingredients
120 g Quinoa
1 Lemon
2 Tomato
80 g Spinach
250 g Chicken
1 c. à café Herbs of Provence
1 Lawyer
1 pincée Fine salt
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the quinoa for 15 minutes, let cool.
2. Cook the chicken in a pan with Provence herbs, salt and pepper for 12 mins.
3. Let the chicken cool, slice it into strips.
4. Cut the avocado and tomato into cubes.
5. Mix quinoa, chicken, avocado, spinach, tomato and lemon-olive oil vinaigrette.
