🛒 Ingredients
250 g Chickpeas
1/2 Lemon
1/4 Onion
2 Tomato
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
1 c. à café Ground cumin
1 pincée Black pepper
1 c. à soupe Dried parsley
1 pincée Fine salt
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
2. Crush tomatoes, finely slice red onion.
3. Mix chickpeas, tomatoes, onion, dried parsley.
4. Prepare the vinaigrette: olive oil, lemon, cumin, salt, pepper.
5. Pour over the salad, mix and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
