🛒 Ingredients
240 g Chickpeas
1 Lemon
1 Cucumber
1/2 Onion
1 Bell pepper
2 Tomato
1 c. à café Ground cumin
1 c. à café Dried parsley
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
2. Cut tomato, cucumber, pepper into small cubes. Slice the onion.
3. Mix lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, salt — homemade vinaigrette.
4. Combine chickpeas, vegetables and dried parsley.
5. Drizzle with vinaigrette, mix and leave to marinate for 10 minutes before serving.
