2 Tomato
240 g Chickpeas
1 Lemon
1/2 Onion
1/2 c. à café Ground cumin
1 c. à café Dried parsley
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
1 Cucumber
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
2. Cut cucumber and tomatoes into small cubes.
3. Slice the onion finely.
4. Mix lemon juice, olive oil, cumin and dried parsley.
5. Combine all ingredients, drizzle with vinaigrette and serve.
