🛒 Ingredients
1/2 Lemon
2 Carrot
1/4 Onion
150 g Mackerel
100 ml Kefir
1 c. à café Herbs of Provence
1 c. à soupe Flax seeds
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Finely grate the carrots.
2. Shred the mackerel into large pieces.
3. Prepare the sauce: kefir, lemon juice, Provence herbs, salt.
4. Mix carrots, mackerel and chopped onion.
5. Drizzle with kefir sauce and sprinkle with flax seeds.
