🛒 Ingredients
200 g Green lentils
1 Lemon
1 Carrot
1 Onion
2 Tomato
2 gousses Garlic
1 c. à café Ground cumin
1 c. à café Dried parsley
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the lentils for 20 minutes in boiling salted water.
2. Drain and let cool for 5 minutes.
3. Slice the onion, dice the carrot and dice the tomato.
4. Mix lemon, olive oil, cumin, salt, pepper — your dressing.
5. Mix lentils, vegetables, vinaigrette and sprinkle with dried parsley.
