2 Tomato
200 g Green lentils
1 Lemon
1 Onion
1 c. à café Ground cumin
1 c. à café Dried parsley
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the green lentils for 20 minutes in salted water, drain.
2. Slice the onion, cut the tomatoes into cubes.
3. Mix still warm lentils with onion, tomato and parsley.
4. Season with cumin, olive oil and lemon.
5. Serve warm or cold.
