🛒 Ingredients
1 Lemon
1 Mango
2 Tomato
60 g Spinach
200 g Coral lentils
1 Lawyer
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Rinse and cook the coral lentils for 8 minutes in boiling water. Drain.
2. Dice the mango, tomato and avocado.
3. Mix cooled lentils and fruit.
4. Season with olive oil, lemon, cumin and coriander.
5. Serve on a bed of spinach.
