1 Lemon
1 Apple
150 g Kale
1/4 Onion
1 c. à café Honey
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
40 g Nut
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Massage the kale with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil for 2 minutes to soften it.
2. Peel and cut the apple into thin slices.
3. Prepare the vinaigrette: lemon juice, honey, olive oil.
4. Combine kale, apple, crushed walnuts and chopped onion.
5. Drizzle with vinaigrette and serve.
