🛒 Ingredients
2 Tomato
1 Lemon
150 g Kale
1/2 Onion
1 Lawyer
1 pincée Fine salt
2 c. à soupe Chia seeds
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Remove the tough stems from the kale, finely slice the leaves.
2. Squeeze the lemon juice on the kale, massage by hand for 2 minutes to soften it.
3. Cut avocado into cubes, tomato into cubes, slice the onion.
4. Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl.
5. Season with olive oil, salt, chia seeds and serve.
