🛒 Ingredients
240 g Black beans
1 Lemon
1/2 Onion
2 Bell pepper
2 Tomato
1 c. à café Ground cumin
1 c. à café Ground coriander
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Drain and rinse the black beans.
2. Cut pepper and tomato into cubes, slice the onion.
3. Mix lemon juice, olive oil, ground cumin, coriander, salt and pepper.
4. Combine beans and vegetables in a salad bowl.
5. Drizzle with vinaigrette, toss and serve chilled or warm.
