👨🍳 Instructions
1. Grill the chicken fillet for 6 minutes on each side. Leave to rest for 2 minutes then slice.
2. Cut tomato, cucumber and pepper into cubes.
3. Mix the vegetables with olives and herbs.
4. Arrange on a bed of arugula with the sliced chicken.
5. Season with olive oil, lemon, oregano, salt and pepper.
