1 Carrot
1/4 Onion

1 c. à café Ground ginger

200 g Edamame
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the edamame for 5 minutes, drain and shell.
2. Cut the avocado into cubes, grate the carrot, slice the onion.
3. Prepare the vinaigrette: lemon juice, ground ginger, sesame seeds, olive oil.
4. Mix edamame, avocado, carrot and onion.
5. Drizzle with vinaigrette, sprinkle with sesame and serve chilled.
