🛒 Ingredients
1 Lemon
1 gousse Garlic
150 g Spinach
300 g Chicken
30 g Parmesan
80 g Greek yogurt
1 c. à café Herbs of Provence
1 c. à soupe Flax seeds
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the chicken for 15 minutes in a pan with Provence herbs, salt and pepper.
2. Leave to rest for 5 minutes, slice into strips.
3. Mix Greek yogurt with lemon juice, crushed garlic, salt — light sauce.
4. Arrange the spinach, place the chicken, sprinkle with grated parmesan and flax seeds.
5. Top with yogurt sauce and serve immediately.
