1/2 Lemon
1 gousse Garlic
100 g Kale
250 g Chicken
30 g Parmesan
80 g Greek yogurt
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Grill the seasoned chicken breasts for 5 minutes on each side.
2. Prepare the sauce: Greek yogurt, grated parmesan, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil.
3. Slice the chicken into strips.
4. Arrange the kale leaves with the chicken and the sauce.
5. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and serve.
