🛒 Ingredients
80 g Rice noodles
1/2 Lemon
1 Carrot
1/2 Cucumber
40 g Spinach
200 g Shrimp
2 c. à soupe Peanut butter
1 Lawyer
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the shrimp for 2 minutes in boiling water. Leave to cool.
2. Prepare all the vegetables: julienned carrots, cucumber sticks, avocado slices.
3. Soak the rice cakes for 30 seconds in lukewarm water until soft.
4. Garnish each patty: shrimp, avocado, carrot, cucumber, spinach.
5. Roll firmly. Serve with peanut sauce (peanut butter + lemon + water).
