2 pièce Garlic
1 pièce Carrot
10 g Ginger
100 g Broccoli
200 g Tofu
1 c. à soupe Sesame seeds
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
150 g Brown rice
👨‍🍳 Instructions
Cook the rice and let cool. Brown the diced tofu. Add garlic, ginger, carrot, broccoli. Add the rice and soy sauce. Finish with the sesame seeds.
