Rice pilaf with chicken and saffron

🛒 Ingredients
2 gousses Garlic
1 Onion
400 g Chicken
1 c. à café Herbs of Provence
1 pincée Fine salt
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
200 g Brown rice
1 pincée Saffron
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown the chicken pieces in the oil for 6 minutes, set aside.
2. Brown the onion and garlic, add the rice and sauté for 2 minutes.
3. Infuse the saffron in 50 ml of hot water, pour with 400 ml of water.
4. Return the chicken, cover and cook for 20 minutes over low heat.
5. Leave to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
