🛒 Ingredients
160 g Brown rice
1 Carrot
1/2 Onion
1 c. à soupe Sesame seeds
1 c. à café Garlic powder
80 g Mushrooms
80 g Edamame
3 Eggs
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the brown rice, let cool (ideally rice from the day before).
2. Saute carrot and onion for 4 minutes in olive oil over high heat.
3. Add peas (edamame) and mushrooms, cook for 3 minutes.
4. Push the vegetables to one side, pour in the beaten eggs, quickly scrambled.
5. Mix rice and eggs with the vegetables, season with salt, garlic powder and sprinkle with sesame.
