Brown rice
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent.
2. Add the sliced mushrooms, cook until the water evaporates.
3. Incorporate the brown rice (or white rice), cook for 2 min.
4. Gradually pour in hot salted water, ladle by ladle, stirring for 20 min.
5. Off heat, add grated parmesan, salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
