Rice noodles

Ginger
1 c. à soupe
Sesame seeds

Coconut oil
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Make a broth with chicken, ginger, garlic and water for 20 min.
2. Cook the rice noodles separately according to the package.
3. Sauté the sliced mushrooms in coconut oil.
4. Cook the eggs for 6 minutes until the yolk is runny, peel gently.
5. Serve: noodles, hot broth, shredded chicken, mushrooms, half an egg and sesame seeds.
