🛒 Ingredients
160 g Rice noodles
2 gousses Garlic
3 cm Ginger
1 Onion
80 g Spinach
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
1 c. à soupe Sesame seeds
120 g Mushrooms
2 Eggs
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the rice noodles according to the instructions.
2. Prepare the broth: water, grated ginger, garlic, salt, ground ginger — simmer for 15 min.
3. Cook the eggs for 7 minutes in boiling water, peel them.
4. Brown mushrooms, spinach and onion in olive oil.
5. Serve the noodles in the hot broth, garnish with halved eggs, vegetables and sesame.
