🛒 Ingredients
1 Cucumber
1/4 Onion
200 g Greek yogurt
1 c. à café Dried mint
1/2 c. à café Ground cumin
1 c. à café Extra virgin olive oil
1 pincée Fine salt
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Grate the cucumber, squeeze it between your hands to remove excess water.
2. Mix cucumber with Greek yogurt, dried mint, ground cumin and salt.
3. Finely slice the onion, add it if desired.
4. Drizzle with olive oil.
5. Refrigerate for 15 minutes and serve chilled as an accompaniment.
