🛒 Ingredients
2 Zucchini
1/2 Onion
1 gousse Garlic
200 g Cottage cheese
1 c. à café Herbs of Provence
4 Eggs
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Grate the zucchini and squeeze to remove excess water.
3. Beat the eggs with the cottage cheese, salt, Provence herbs.
4. Add the zucchini, onion and garlic.
5. Pour into an oiled dish and bake for 30 minutes.
