Greek yogurt
350 g
Chicken

Ground coriander
1/2 c. à café
Ground turmeric

Curry powder

Garam masala
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Marinate the cubed chicken with Greek yogurt, garam masala, turmeric, salt for 30 mins.
2. Grill the chicken in a pan for 8 minutes until golden, set aside.
3. Brown onion and garlic for 3 minutes, add crushed tomatoes, curry, coriander, cook for 12 minutes.
4. Return the chicken to the sauce, add remaining yogurt, simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Serve with brown rice.
