🛒 Ingredients
1/2 Lemon
2 Carrot
1 Onion
80 g Spinach
2 gousses Garlic
400 g Chicken
2 c. à café Herbs of Provence
1 pincée Black pepper
1 pincée Fine salt
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Put chicken, onion, carrot, garlic in a saucepan.
2. Cover with cold water, bring to a gentle boil.
3. Add Provence herbs, salt, pepper and cook for 30 minutes at a simmer.
4. Add spinach at the end of cooking, cook for 2 minutes.
5. Serve chicken and vegetables drizzled with broth and lemon juice.
