Mustard chicken and mushrooms

🛒 Ingredients
1/2 Lemon
1 Onion
300 g Chicken
120 g Greek yogurt
1 pincée Nutmeg
200 g Mushrooms
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
1 pincée Fine salt
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown the chicken breasts for 4 minutes on each side in olive oil, set aside.
2. Brown the mushrooms and onion for 5 minutes in the same pan.
3. Add Greek yogurt, lemon juice, nutmeg, salt — light mustard sauce.
4. Return the chicken, simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
5. Serve with brown rice or quinoa.
