3 cm Ginger
2 gousses Garlic
1 c. à soupe Sesame seeds
300 g Chicken
3 c. à soupe Honey
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
1 pincée Fine salt
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cut the chicken into cubes or strips.
2. Prepare the marinade: honey, lemon juice, grated ginger, garlic, salt.
3. Marinate the chicken for 20 min.
4. Sauté the chicken over high heat for 8-10 minutes, coating regularly with marinade.
5. Serve with brown rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
