Extra virgin olive oil

Chicken
2 c. à café
Herbs of Provence
2 c. à café
Smoked paprika
1 pincée
Fine salt
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Brown the chicken pieces over high heat in olive oil, set aside.
2. Brown onion, garlic and pepper for 5 minutes in the same casserole dish.
3. Add crushed tomatoes, smoked paprika, Provence herbs.
4. Return the chicken, cover and simmer for 35 minutes over low heat.
5. Adjust salt and pepper and serve.
