80 g Oatmeal
1 Apple
1 c. à soupe Maple syrup
250 ml Enriched almond milk
1 c. à soupe Chia seeds
15 g Almonds
1 c. à café Ground cinnamon
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Heat the almond milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add the oat flakes, stir and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Peel and grate the apple, add it at the end of cooking.
4. Add cinnamon, maple syrup, chia seeds.
5. Pour into a bowl, add a few flaked almonds and serve hot.
