80 g Blueberry
80 g Oatmeal
300 ml Enriched almond milk
20 g Almonds
1 c. à soupe Flax seeds
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Heat 300 ml of milk (or almond milk) with the oat flakes for 5 minutes, stirring.
2. Add a pinch of cinnamon and a spoon of honey.
3. Pour into a bowl, garnish with fresh blueberries and flaked almonds.
4. Sprinkle with ground flax seeds.
