🛒 Ingredients
120 g Brown rice
1 Lemon
1 Mango
1/2 Cucumber
1 cm Ginger
1 c. à soupe Sesame seeds
200 g Tuna
80 g Edamame
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the brown rice and let cool.
2. Cut the tuna into cubes, marinate for 10 minutes with lemon, olive oil, ginger.
3. Cut the mango into cubes, slice the cucumber.
4. Arrange rice in bowls, garnish with tuna, mango, edamame, cucumber.
5. Drizzle with lemon-ginger sauce and add sesame seeds.
