Pan-fried mackerel and broccoli

Garlic sautéed mackerel fillet with broccoli and sweet potato, simple and nutritious.

🛒 Ingredients
1/2 Lemon
2 gousses Garlic
200 g Sweet potato
200 g Broccoli
200 g Mackerel
1/2 c. à café Smoked paprika
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Steam the broccoli florets and sweet potato for 10 minutes.
2. Brown the mackerel in olive oil for 3 minutes on each side.
3. Brown the chopped garlic for 1 minute in the same pan.
4. Add the vegetables and mix gently.
5. Season with lemon juice and smoked paprika.
