🛒 Ingredients
1 Onion
2 gousses Garlic
1 c. à café Dried mint
1 c. à café Herbs of Provence
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
1 pincée Fine salt
200 g Barley
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown the chopped onion in the oil for 5 minutes.
2. Add the barley and toast for 2 min.
3. Pour 3 volumes of water or broth, salt and Provence herbs.
4. Cook for 30 minutes covered.
5. Fluff with a fork, stir in the dried mint and serve.
