🛒 Ingredients
200 g Barley
2 Garlic
1 Carrot
1 Zucchini
1 Onion
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
1 c. à café Ground cumin
1 pincée Saffron
1 pincée Fine salt
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown onion and garlic in olive oil.
2. Add pearl barley, mix well with onions.
3. Pour in hot broth with saffron, cover and cook for 25 minutes.
4. Add diced zucchini and carrot for the last 10 minutes.
5. Fluff with a fork, adjust the salt and serve.
