👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown the onion and sliced ​​ginger in a dry pan for 2 minutes to caramelize them.
2. Add 1.5 L of water, the carrot and the spices (star anise, cinnamon). Boil for 20 minutes.
3. Cook the rice noodles separately according to the instructions.
4. Sear the beef slices for 1 minute in a very hot pan.
