Salmon, spinach and lemon pasta

🛒 Ingredients
180 g Wholemeal pasta
1 Lemon
1 gousse Garlic
100 g Spinach
200 g Salmon
80 g Greek yogurt
1 pincée Black pepper
1 pincée Fine salt
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the wholemeal pasta.
2. Cook the salmon fillet in the pan for 4 minutes on each side, crumble it.
3. Melt the spinach for 2 minutes in the same pan with the garlic.
4. Mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, pepper — light sauce.
5. Mix pasta, salmon, spinach and lemon sauce. Serve immediately.
