🛒 Ingredients
180 g Wholemeal pasta
1/2 Lemon
2 gousses Garlic
100 g Spinach
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
40 g Nut
150 g Tofu
1 pincée Black pepper
1 pincée Fine salt
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the wholemeal pasta.
2. Brown garlic in olive oil, add crumbled tofu, cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add spinach, let melt for 2 min.
4. Toast the dry crushed nuts in a pan.
5. Mix pasta, tofu and spinach, sprinkle with lemon and sprinkle with nuts.
