🛒 Ingredients
2 Tomato
2 gousses Garlic
1 Onion
400 g Sweet potato
300 g Beef
1 c. à café Herbs of Provence
1 c. à café Sweet paprika
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown the ground beef with onion, garlic and tomatoes.
2. Season with Provence herbs, salt and paprika.
3. Cook the sweet potato and mash it with olive oil and salt.
4. Pour the beef into a dish, cover with sweet potato puree.
5. Bake for 20 minutes at 190°C.
