Salmon cooked in foil in the oven with zucchini, carrot and Provence herbs.

🛒 Ingredients
1 Lemon
1 Carrot
1 Zucchini
1/2 Onion
280 g Salmon
1 c. à café Herbs of Provence
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Place each salmon fillet on aluminum foil.
3. Surround with slices of zucchini, carrot and onion.
4. Drizzle with olive oil, Provencal herbs and lemon juice.
5. Close the foil packets and bake for 18 min. Serve directly.
