🛒 Ingredients
80 g Buckwheat
1 Banana
60 g Blueberry
2 c. à soupe Maple syrup
150 ml Enriched almond milk
1 c. à café Coconut oil
1 c. à soupe Flax seeds
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Mash the ripe banana with a fork.
2. Mix with the buckwheat flour, flax seeds and almond milk.
3. Leave to rest for 5 minutes.
4. Cook small, thick pancakes in a lightly oiled pan, 2 minutes per side.
5. Serve with maple syrup and blueberries.
