1 Banana
100 g Oatmeal
100 ml Enriched almond milk
1 c. à café Baking powder
1 c. à soupe Honey
1 c. à café Ground cinnamon
2 Eggs
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Mix oatmeal, banana, eggs, almond milk, cinnamon and yeast until smooth.
2. Let the dough rest for 5 min.
3. Heat a lightly oiled non-stick pan.
4. Pour in small ladles of batter, cook for 2 minutes on each side.
5. Serve with honey or fresh fruit.
