1/2 Lemon
120 g Tuna
1 c. à soupe Sesame seeds
1/2 c. à café Garlic powder
1 pincée Fine salt
200 g Brown rice
1/2 Cucumber
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the brown rice, let cool.
2. Season the rice with lemon juice and salt.
3. Drain the tuna, mix it with diced cucumber, garlic powder.
4. Wet your hands, take a ball of rice, dig in, insert the filling and reform into a triangle.
5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve at room temperature.
