🛒 Ingredients
1/4 Lemon
60 g Spinach
80 g Salmon
1 pincée Black pepper
3 Eggs
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
1 pincée Fine salt
1 c. à café Dried dill
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Melt the spinach in a pan with a little olive oil, season.
2. Beat the eggs with salt, pepper and dried dill.
3. Pour into the pan over medium heat, cook without stirring for 2 minutes.
4. Place the salmon and spinach on one half.
5. Fold the omelette, cook for another minute and serve with lemon.
