👨🍳 Instructions
1. Hard-boil the eggs for 10 minutes, peel and cut in half lengthwise.
2. Remove the yolks, put them in a bowl.
3. Mash the yolks with avocado, lemon juice, salt and pepper until creamy.
4. Fill the blanks with avocado stuffing.
5. Arrange on sliced tomatoes and sprinkle with paprika and dried parsley.
